The L&C Railway
Company and its wholly own subsidiary, the L&C Development Corporation,
own and control over 3,100 acres of prime industrial property located
along the Railroad and Interstate I-77. Our geographical location
in South Carolina is midway between Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC, the
State Capital. The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is only 35
miles north of our supersite (1,151 acres) on I-77. The ports of Charleston,
SC and Savannah, GA are only 165 and 200 miles, respectively, from the
L&C. These sites are listed with the South Carolina Department of
Commerce and with the Charlotte Regional Partnership. You can click on
the State of South Carolina at www.sccommerce.com,
or The Charlotte Regional Partnership at www.charlotteusa.com
for additional information on our region. Please click on any gold site below to learn more about a specific tract. For sites in Chester
County refer to Tracts A - M. The following three maps, 1-3 respectively, illustrate the L&C Railroad running west to east and the locations of our existing industries and available industrial sites. To display the west to east L&C Route, match each individual map with the corresponding letter, A or B, at each map border.
